Free and Fast UK Mainland Shipping for Orders Over £20
It is important to us that your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible. We use a variety of shipping providers depending on the weight, hazard class, and delivery destination. Please note that we do not make any money from shipping. In most cases, we cover the total shipping cost and only will require a contributory amount for orders under £20 or deliveries to non-Mainland UK locations.
We guarantee to ship orders the same working day provided they are received before 14:00 or 12:00 for international orders.
To calculate the shipping cost just add the products you require to the cart and follow the first part of the checkout process, which will request your address details. This will then provide the available shipping options and costs.

60 Day Returns
Please inform us of any damaged, defective or non-performing items within 60 days of delivery and we will replace the item FOC or offer a full refund. Similarly, if an order is incorrect in anyway, please notify us within 60 days of purchase. We will correct your order as soon as we can. You may be required to return incorrect or defective item(s). This does not affect the manufacturer’s warranty where it applies.
If, for any other reason, you wish to return an item then please call us beforehand stating the reason within 60 days of receiving your order. Per our no-quibble money back guarantee, we will provide a refund in full for a single item if you are in any way dissatisfied, even if it has been used. Please note that refunds for opened or used products are limited to one item, to avoid abuse of our money back policy.
Any additional ordered items are still eligible for a refund but must be returned unopened, in the original packaging and in the condition they were sent.
Please call or email us for authorisation before returning any items. Refunds will only be credited to the same credit or debit card originally used to purchase the goods. You will not be asked to jump through any hoops. We will process the refund and then help diagnose any underlying issue or fault, free of charge.

∗REACH is a regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation & restriction of Chemicals. It ensures chemicals and chemical-based products are sold and distributed responsibly. Some MSDS’s (Material Safety Data Sheets) are falsified or just not REACH compliant. This includes some brands imported from the USA.
