The brake filling and bleeding device PENTOTROLLY is a common development of the companies Volkswagen AG and Fuchs Schmierstoffe GmbH.

The PENTOTROLLY is used primarily for the proper replacement of used brake fluid in modern vehicle brake systems. In the first step, using the installed suction facility, the old brake fluid shall be drained from the top-up container of the vehicle. Due to this, it is possible to work with smaller flushing quantities.

The pneumatically driven device supplies new brake fluid directly from steel drums. With the use of drums and not small packages we all support our environment. The device allows having for the brake fluid change procedure a “one man job”. Unit directs new bromine liquid directly from the 60 liter drum. This means that there is no need to refill the brake fluid and there will be fewer empty drums. The unit is easy to handle and allows trouble-free replacement of brake fluid.

Pentotrolly is primarily used for professional replacement of old brake fluid in ABS and conventional brake systems. When extracting used brake fluid from the car’s filling container, you can work with small amounts of flushing. The machine is particularly suitable for larger workshops with a large turnover of brake fluid.
